Privacy policy

There are no customer accounts on this site. We hold your email address and what you bought, because that is what delivering your files requires. We do not sell or share your data for advertising, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

• Your email address — provided at checkout, used to send your download links and to help with support.
• Order details — which beats and licences you bought, the amount, and the payment reference.
• Download activity — how many times each link has been used, so limits can be enforced and problems diagnosed.
• Anonymous usage counts — how many times a beat has been played. This is not linked to you.

Your card details are never sent to this site. The payment form is operated by Paddle, and we never see or store card numbers.

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — merchant of record. Handles payment, tax, receipts, and refunds.
• Resend — sends the delivery email.
• Supabase — hosts the database and audio files.
• Vercel — hosts the site and keeps short-lived server logs.

No advertising or analytics cookies are set. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, and never leaves your device except as beat and licence identifiers at the moment you check out. Paddle sets its own cookies when the payment form opens, covered by their privacy policy.

Orders are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Download links expire after 7 days and stop working regardless of how long the order record is kept.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email ogeccprod@gmail.com. Note that records tied to a completed sale may need to be retained to meet tax obligations even after a deletion request.

For anything concerning payment or invoicing specifically, Paddle is the data controller and their privacy policy applies.
