Refund policy

If a beat is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Email ogeccprod@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order reference from your Paddle receipt. You can also reply directly to either the receipt or the delivery email.

Refunds are issued through Paddle, the merchant of record for your order, and return to your original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few working days; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank.

A refunded licence is cancelled. Any download links tied to that order stop working, and you must stop using the beat and take down anything released with it. Keeping and using files from a refunded order is copyright infringement.

Refunding an exclusive licence puts the beat back on sale to everyone else. Because that undoes the exclusivity you paid for, we will confirm with you before processing it.

We may refuse a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, for example:

• Repeatedly buying and refunding the same or similar beats.
• Requesting a refund after the beat has been released commercially and is generating revenue.
• Redistributing the files before requesting a refund.

This is not about ordinary changes of mind, which are always covered.

This guarantee sits on top of your legal rights, it does not replace them. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to every order and may give you additional protection.
