Terms and conditions

Beats on this site are produced and licensed by Ognjen Jerotijevic, based in Serbia (“the Producer”, “we”). You, the purchaser, are “the Licensee”.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for every order. Paddle appears on your bank statement, issues your receipt, and is responsible for collecting any VAT or sales tax due in your country.

Buying a licence does not transfer ownership of the beat unless you buy the Exclusive tier. A non-exclusive licence grants you permission to use the beat within the limits of the tier you bought. The same beat may be licensed to other people at the same time.

Each tier lists the files delivered and its stream limit on the licensing page. Those figures form part of these terms.

• Record and release an original song using the beat.
• Distribute that song on streaming platforms and stores, up to the stream count included in your tier.
• Monetise a music video or other video containing your song.
• Perform the song live, including at paid performances.
• Keep using releases made under the licence after the licence period, provided you stayed within its limits.

• Resell, re-license, share, or redistribute the beat itself, in any form, including as part of a sample pack or beat store.
• Register the beat, or any song using it, with a Content ID or copyright-enforcement system in a way that claims the underlying instrumental as your own composition.
• Release the instrumental on its own, without vocals, as a standalone track.
• Claim to have produced or composed the beat.
• Use the beat in a way that is unlawful, or that promotes hatred or violence.

Non-exclusive licences require you to credit the Producer in the track title or description, in the form Prod. by OJ PROD. Exclusive licences do not require credit, though it is appreciated.

For non-exclusive tiers the Producer retains full copyright in the underlying instrumental. You own your vocal performance and the resulting song as a whole, subject to these terms.

Buying the Exclusive tier removes the beat from sale and ends the Producer's right to license it to anyone else in future. Licences already sold to other people before your purchase remain valid — this is normal for beat sales, and it is why exclusive rights are not the same as a clean transfer of an unreleased work. The Producer may continue to use the beat in a portfolio or showreel.

Files are delivered by email immediately after payment, as download links valid for 7 days and usable up to 5 times each. Save your files somewhere safe. If a link expires or runs out, email ogeccprod@gmail.com and we will issue new ones at no charge.

Beats are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, the Producer's total liability for any claim relating to a licence is limited to the amount you paid for that licence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer right you have in your own country.

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published when you bought your licence, and later changes do not alter a licence you already hold.
